About Julie
Julie Weibler graduated in 1993 from
Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins, Colorado. For continuing
education she completed classes in sports massage and neuromuscular
rehabilitation at Healing Arts Institute. She received her pre- and
perinatal certification from Carole Osborne-Sheets out of San Diego,
CA. She received her infant massage certification from the
International Association of Infant Massage--Sweden. She also has a
B.S. and M.S. from Colorado State University where she took several
anatomy and physiology courses. Julie is a Certified member of
Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals
(ABMP).
Julie
has felt it is important to give back to the community in which she
lives and has been a dedicated volunteer in her community for many
years. She was an active volunteer on the Larimer County Search and
Rescue team based out of Fort Collins, CO from 1986 until 2004. She
actively trained and utilized search and rescue dogs with Search and
Rescue Dogs of Colorado from 1989 until 2004. She continues to help
with search dog training and testing as her schedule allows. Her
volunteer efforts were recognized by both of these organizations and
she was honored as a Life Time member for both organizations. Her
dedication to community was recognized nationally by Family Circle
Magazine in January 2001 when they honored her with a “Halo Award” for
“making a difference.”
